Description
This pig is used to perform cleaning activities in the pipeline. It is designed by using 4 sealing discs and 2 guiding discs. Brush wires are installed in BCT to remove scale, black powder and, wax from the pipeline. The transmitter is installed in the pig to track the location during operation.
BCT pig is used for the below purposes.
· Scrapping of internal walls.
· Remove Debris from the pipeline.
· Remove Black powder from the pipeline.
· Remove wax from the pipeline.
· Remove Scale from the pipeline.
