Description

This pig is used to perform cleaning activities in the pipeline. It is designed by using 4 sealing discs and 2 guiding discs. Brush wires and magnets are installed in MBCT to remove scale, ferrous, and non-ferrous debris from the pipeline. The transmitter is installed in the pig to track the location during operation.

MBCT pig is used for the below purposes.

·         Remove solid or liquid debris from the pipeline.

·         Clean the pipeline after construction.

·         Remove ferrous debris from the pipeline.

·         Remove scale from the pipeline.

·         Remove wax from the pipeline.
